‘I Feel Bad’ Canceled By NBC After One Season

I Feel Bad will not see a second season. NBC has opted to cancel the comedy series, executive produced by Amy Poehler.

The cancellation is not a surprise. The series did not receive additional episodes, wrapping its freshman run with its original 13-episode order. The series failed to get traction with viewers, while also drawing lukewarm reviews, making a second season unlikely.

The family comedy’s fate was partly foreshadowed when NBC recently expanded the order to Brooklyn Nine-Nine‘s upcoming sixth season by 6 episodes.

Written by Aseem Batra, the single-camera I Feel Bad, from Uni TV, Paper Kite Prods, CannyLads Prods and 3 Arts, starred Sarayu Blue as Emet, the perfect mom, boss, wife, friend and daughter. Ok, she’s not perfect. In fact, she’s just figuring it out like the rest of us. Sure, she feels bad when she has a sexy dream about someone other than her husband,

Netflix Created a Rom-Com Version of You, and It's So Sweet, It'll Drive You Crazy

  • Popsugar

Warning: mild You spoilers ahead!

Netflix's You is many things: thrilling, chilling, steamy, and terrifying. However, it's not a romantic comedy. But what if you removed all the cyberstalking, real-life stalking, obsession, and, uh, murder? Well, you might get a sweet love story! It just wouldn't be about Joe Goldberg and Guinevere Beck. Joe and Beck - played by Penn Badgley and Elizabeth Lail, respectively - were the key focus of the show's first season. Joe's dark nature doomed the couple from the start, and I certainly didn't root for them to stay together. Yet, another romantic (less-psychotic) relationship blossomed in the background: Joe's Mooney's bookstore coworker, Ethan (Zach Cherry), was searching for love and found it with Beck's classmate Blythe (Hari Nef).

Netflix went ahead and re-imagined You from the lens of Ethan and Blythe in a fake movie trailer. Thank god their storyline isn't insane,

The Magicians Season 4 Episode 3 Review: The Bad News Bear

The Magicians somehow weaves together a heist, a gambling caper, a prison escape, and moral dilemmas galore into a cohesive story.

TV

This The Magicians review contains spoilers.

The Magicians Season 4 Episode 3

It’s becoming difficult to quantify the brilliance of The Magicians these days. In each episode this season, every little detail has either served to pull disparate story elements together, heighten the drama of the moment, or bring just the right amount of humor to balance things out. Small elements like Alice’s ingenuity or Josh’s legendary culinary skills or Quentin’s card expertise were put into play in ways that were both perfectly implemented and consistent with what we know about each character. We’ve reached a point where this series is so comfortable in its own skin that it can pretty much accomplish anything.

Let’s start with Margo’s quick thinking. Yes, the sacrifice

‘You’ Moves From Lifetime to Netflix for Season 2
Instead of coming back to Lifetime for its second season (despite being renewed by the cable network before it even debuted in September), Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble’s new drama “You” will return on Netflix.

No premiere date has been set for Season 2 of the Penn Badgley-led series. The first year of the drama will be made available on the streamer Dec. 26.

“Lifetime had an incredible experience working with Greg Bertlanti, Sera Gamble and the entire team on ‘You’ for season one,” a spokesperson for the cable network said in a statement to TheWrap Monday. “We wish the cast and crew the best as the series continues on at Netflix and can’t wait for the opportunity to work with the creative team again.”
