‘Roh/Njpw G1 SuperCard’ Pay Per View Review

Welcome to this review of Ring Of Honor’s/New Japan Pro Wrestling’s G1 SuperCard, which emanated from Madison Square Garden in one of the great moments of wrestling history. I’m Nathan Favel and right here on Nerdly, we have one of the biggest events in wrestling history to discuss, so let’s do so.

Match #1: The 30-Man Honor Rambo: Winner – Kenny King

My Opinion: 3 out of 5 – This was less about great wrestling and more about big surprises. The action was of a certain quality, which should neither condone nor condemn the match itself. In what may have set the precedent for the card, the Japanese wrestlers were the best thing here. Overall, this match got the crowd excited, which is just fine.
