That's Joseph C. Phillips Playing Judge Sanders on The Young & The Restless

If you thought Judge Sanders on The Young & The Restless, it's probably because you recognize actor Joseph C. Phillips from one of his many other roles! He got his start back in the mid-'80s as Cruiser on Search For Tomorrow, but soap fans would probably be more likely to recognize him from his role of Justus Ward, which he played on both General Hospital and Port Charles. In primetime, Phillips has appeared on series like The King Of Queens, Judging Amy, Bones, and NCIS among others and has had recurring roles on Vanished, Without A Trace, and 13 Reasons Why. Or perhaps viewers might recognize him from the classic NBC sitcom The Cosby Show, where Phillips played Navy Lieutenant Martin Kendall from 1989-91. Sanders held Christian's future in his hands.
