In the fourth of the highly successful Frankie and Annette beach party movies, a motorcycle gang led by Eric Von Zipper kidnaps singing star Sugar Kane managed by Bullets, who hires sky-diving surfers Steve and Bonnie from Big Drop for a publicity stunt. With the usual gang of kids and a mermaid named Lorelei.

The Red and White jump plane is a Cessna 175 - most people assume it's a Cessna 172, the difference between the two is the 175 has a geared Continental GO-300 which, because of the gearbox location, has the propeller shaft higher than the O-300 of the 172, thus the 175 has a hump in the cowl with the propeller being several inches above the normal prop location on the 172. In Sugar Kane's opening sequence in the plane, she's wearing a red-and-white striped jumpsuit. In the shots of the person parachuting out of the plane the jumpsuit is a solid red. When we see Sugar Kane swap places with the parachutist the suit is back to red-and-white-stripes. See more
