Lee Ho Sau ( Danny Lee ) and few not so young guys find a job as a parking attendant in 1986 Hong Kong. Lee's buddy steals cars for hobby, Kao steals for parts. Kao stole a Mercedes from a parking lot of a high class condo. Lee checks up on Kao while Kao is stripping the car. Kao tells Lee that he can do whatever he wants to do with the car so Lee uses it to take a girl out on a date. While driving his girl, the car gets a flat tire. When Lee goes to check the spare tire, he finds over $1,000,000 U.S. bills in the trunk. Not knowing it's a fake, he tries to use it and gets caught. He sets up a sting operation with his friend officer Lau to entrap the man who's behind the counterfeits money.
