We have a portuguese production company - Miragem - which has something essential: vision. But vision can't buy everything. So, the closest dream at that time was "Claxon", the first ever release of a portuguese series to be filmed in 35 mm cameras. And this marks all the difference, because all the shots, as simple as they can all be, have a cinematographic look and add a classy style to the series. There are some flaws (the sound is one of them) but altogether this is an interesting feature, specially where some music is concerned and basically by its visual innovative feel.Miragem made this one and was misunderstood by everyone. Eventually, made "Major Alvega" and hit bulls'eye... Thumbs up!
