In the exterior shot of Mark walking up to the business where Harry's PO box is, there is a Mitsubishi Starion to the left of the door, an empty parking space where Mark walks, and a BMW 320i to the right of the door. When the camera switches to an inside shot looking out, the BMW is now directly in front of the door.

Factual errors

At the beginning of the movie, Hard Harry plays Leonard Cohen's "Everybody Knows" from a record with a Motown label, but all of Cohen's studio albums to date have been released by Columbia. Also, though he is shown playing the first track on the record, "Everybody Knows" is actually the third track on the album 'I'm Your Man' on which the song originally appears.

Mark says his father gave him this Short Wave transmitter to communicate with his friends to the East. Shortwave radio is radio transmission using shortwave frequencies, generally from 1.6 to 30 MHz, just above the medium wave AM broadcast band. There is no way that these frequencies can be tuned from car radios or common radios, as shown in the film.

In the opening speech Happy Harry says "we're on 92 FM". Later, Mark says that "his father gave him this shortwave radio to communicate with his friends in the East". Shortwave equipment can not transmit at "92 FM" (92 MHz), since shortwave radios transmit from 1.6 to 30 MHz.

Even if you could modify a short wave radio to transmit at 92 Mhz, it would still transmit in AM (Amplitude Modulation), and not FM (frequency modulation), and definitely not in stereo.

Miscellaneous

The first interaction between Mazz and Paige at the beginning of the movie seems edited, as if dialog is missing.
