Trivia

Paul Reiser's production company is called Nuance Productions, after a line in the first film he appeared in, Diner (1982): "You know what word I'm not comfortable with? Nuance. It's not a real word. Like "gesture". Gesture's a real word. With gesture you know where you stand. But nuance? I don't know. Maybe I'm wrong." See more »

Goofs

As with any long-running show there are many inconsistencies between series. Characters' life histories, their birthdays and ages are reported differently from time to time as the writers invent new stuff for them that wasn't thought of when the series began. See more »

Quotes

Jamie Buchman: We're having lasagna. There is a recipe in the back of a Rice Krispies box.

Mostly Annoying
31 August 2000 | by antcSee all my reviews

Alternate titles for Mad About You: Married With Seinfeld, Thirtysomething Lite. Helen Hunt and Paul Reiser's characters whine their way through life in New York. All that whining and hand-wringing over everyday events was supposed to be funny? I guess I didn't get it.
