Trivia

One of five action films from the 90's where Matt McColm starred as a lead. The other four are: "Red Scorpion 2" (1994), "Subterfuge" (1996), "The Protector" (1998), and a 1997 lost film "Fight and Revenge". See more »

Goofs

If not the worst movie remake ever, close. Low budget and no retakes such as: With 1:06:25 remaining in movie, heroes hastily back a Ford station wagon out of driveway and as they swerve and change direction gasoline comes pouring out of the tank onto the road. Unsecured filler cap? Maybe a custom aux tank because later when they refuel, gas tank neck is on the other side! Just abysmal beginning to end. See more »

Good plot and neverending shootings
22 August 1999 | by Knight Of The CrossSee all my reviews

"Acts of betrayal" directed in John Woo style. Strained plot. Endless gunshots. About actors play I can say that Matt McColm acted well, but Maria Conchita Alonso not very well. Her character was too talkative. And it's little irritated me. Matt McColm acted a laconic FBI agent who must to protected a very important witness. During the movie assassins constantly were after them. But Matt McColm's character always found exit from difficult situations. I think that's all what can I say about "Acts of betrayal".
