  • It screened at New York festivals including the Brooklyn Film Festival (2000). It won a Best Of Fest Video Award at the Long Island Film Festival in 1998. In Europe it played at FilmVideo98, a week-long festival of short films at Montecatini, Italy.

  • It was shot in Manhattan, cunningly disguised to look like Moscow! The script consists entirely of interior scenes and the set was decorated with some genuine Russian items very kindly provided by Nina, the leading actress who plays Inna. Edit (Coming Soon)

  • Early on in the casting we tapped into a network of Russian-speaking actors, singers and dancers. One person led to another and they were all really keen to take part, especially as the setting of the story was a lively party involving singing, dancing, making merry and of course drinking vodka!
