Polished faithful remake of the classic Black Isle d&d role-playing PC video game Baldur's Gate and its expansion Baldur's Gate: Tales of the Sword Coast with various minor fixes, changes and improvements.
The main character, Gorion's ward, and his or her party must overcome five children of the dead god Bhaal, who've raised armies to conquer the world through carnage and claim their father's sinister throne and title.
Expension pack for 'Baldur's Gate'. The two new areas are the small town of Ulgoth's Beard, where you learn of the legend of Balduran, and a tough-as-nails area called Durlag's Tower, a death-trap for foolish adventurers.
It is a horrible era for the formerly peaceful town of Tristram. Prince Albrect is missing, King Leoric is dead, and demonic raids are now commonplace. You are one of the heroes, who visits Tristram to slay whatever is causing this horror.
In the city of Sigil, the only place from which all realities of the Planescape universe can be reached, an immortal amnesiac, the Nameless One, must uncover his past, the mystery of his immortality as well as who's trying to kill him.

In 2499 in the Koprulu sector, a ferocious collective race known as the Zerg arrives to massacre the exiled human colonies while a highly advanced race, the Protoss, intervenes to exterminate the Zerg.
I really enjoyed Icewind Dale. But after 20 hours I completed it, and wanted more. Lucky for me the expansion is also very well written, and I enjoyed it as much as the original.
In Heart of Winter, you travel further north, to the town of Lonelywood, I will not reveal any more of the story here to avoid any spoilers.
The expansion was criticized by D&D fans, because they changed some of the rule sets from 2.edition rules to the newer 3.edition. To me it only make a better balanced game. If you liked Baldur's Gate, this is a must..
