Continuity 

When the satellite camera zooms in near the beginning, the camera angle switches from a position directly above to a near-ground position viewing a flowerbed from the side.

Throughout the scene when Mai Ling is fighting the doors behind her switches from closed to open. Even when leaving the room the mistake is repeated.

When Kuroda is informing his men of Travis Hunter's existence for the first time, the henchman with the brown hair and goatee is holding an MP3 player and leans forward while his boss speaking. In the shot that immediately follows, however, he has a cigarette to his mouth and is reclining with his back against the couch.

When Mai Ling kills Kuroda's henchman who's wearing sunglasses, he apparently loses his shades for two shots but is seen wearing them in the next.

For the filming of Japan scenes, there are far too many left-hand drive vehicles to make the scenes believable as Japan.

Factual errors 

Unless they had a satellite filming the satellite, there is no way they could see it on their monitors.

Travis (Seagal) is meant to be an expert on the Japanese crime world - yet he refers to heroin as 'shabu' (26:30). Shabu is Japanese slang for methamphetamine - not heroin.

Miscellaneous 

The CCTV footage of the assassination would have been lucky to be shot at 720p in 2005. They zoom in heavily to see a very small medallion the assassin is wearing and now can see it perfectly as if shot from close up in 1080p. In reality it would be a bunch of indistinguishable pixels from that distance.
