Peggy Callahan's Fembot double is remotely reactivated while in storage at the Office of Scientific Intelligence by Carl Franklin, son of it the Fembot's creator. His plan is in motion to steal a new energy ray weapon invented by the reclusive and terminally ill scientist Rod Kyler.
