In the opening scene where Roz (Peri Gilpin) and Alice (Hope Cruickshank) come to the door of Frasier's (Kelsey Grammer) apartment, Roz tells Daphne (Jane Leeves) that she is borrowing Frasier's (Kelsey Grammer) car to take Alice and a few of Alice's friends out for ice cream. Frasier then walks into the scene and states " you told me it was your friends and the Science Center." It is very obvious that that line of Frasier's was dubbed in.

Spoilers

The trivia item below may give away important plot points.

Jean Smart appeared on Frasier in seven episodes as Frasier's (Kelsey Grammer) former classmate, with whom both he and Niles (David Hyde Pierce) had a crush on in high school. When she first appears in episode 7.24, Frasier: Big Crane on Campus (2000), she is credited as Lorna Lynley but in subsequent appearances (episodes 8.21 Frasier: Semi-Decent Proposal (2001), 8.22 Frasier: A Passing Fancy (2001), 8.23 (this episode), 8.24 Frasier: Cranes Go Caribbean (2001), 9.1 Frasier: Don Juan in Hell: Part 1 (2001) and 9.2 Frasier: Don Juan in Hell: Part 2 (2001)) she is credited as Lana Gardner. Her name was changed from Lorna Lynley to avoid referring to a real person with the same name.
