Trivia

There are a number celebrity callers in this episode. Matthew Broderick plays Mark, a clerk in an all-night convenience store whose "camera self" is doing things Mark doesn't approve of. Carrie Fisher is Phyllis, who has incurable insomnia. Tom Hulce (Keith) disagrees with the last two callers and says that his job is very important before leaving to go powder jelly donuts, while Teri Garr, as Nancy, calls in proclaiming she's naked and that she'd prefer to be the spanker. A decent start to series 3
26 September 2017 | by studioATSee all my reviews

The first episode of the third series of 'Frasier' introduces the new station manager, Kate Costas, and Frasier instantly gets put in his place at meeting a woman who can stand up to him.

I'm not that mad about the Kate Costas character, I hope she doesn't stay long, but it was nice to see Frasier knocked down a peg or two.

It was a shame the rest of the cast (Martin/Niles/Daphne) were a bit underused, but it was great to see Roz being much more central.

A decent start to series three.
