Goofs

At the beginning of the episode Jesse references his uncle Nick, which doesn't make sense because Nick is the name of his father. It is extremely unlikely that Jesse's grandparents would have named 2 of their sons (Jesse's father and uncle) Nick. See more »

Michelle And Her First Pet.
27 January 2019 | by powermandanSee all my reviews

The opening scene before the theme song has Michelle jamming with Jesse's band. This is perhaps the most memorable opening teaser the show has ever had. They sing Do Wah Diddy in the most memorable time they have done it on the show.

The rest of the episode is about Michelle's first time owning a pet. At the carnival, Michelle wins a fish she names Martin. Joey tells her that it will be her responsibility to feed him and keep his bowl clean. To keep him clean, Michelle gives him a bubble bath, something Joey forgets to mention. We all know what that means. When Michelle learns Martin is dead, she is crushed.

One subplot involves DJ getting with a car-enthuse she met at the carnival named Bobby. He thinks she knows about cars but she doesn't know anything. Cute stuff.

The other subplot involves Becky dragging Jesse to practice square-dancing for their wedding as it is one of her family's traditions.

Jesse and Becky get married in one week and the next 2 episodes are about their wedding day. This may be a filler for their pre-wedding stuff, but sure worth it.
