Storyline

Thrush has established a series of "mobile assault teams" that are disrupting operations of U.N.C.L.E. Mark Slate infiltrates one such team and has made recordings that could reveal additional information, including the headquarters for the operation. However, Slate is on the run from Thrush and ditches his recorder in what appears to be an empty car. An accountant is sleeping in the back seat and finds the recorder. When Slate is attacked and wounded by Thrush forces, the accountant speeds off, still with the recorder in his possession. Alexander Waverly puts April Dancer in charge of the mission and she tracks down the accountant while dealing with Thrush agents following her. Slate, despite his wound, refuses to take a passive role and ends up discovering the Thrush operations is based out of a secret headquarters beneath a used-car lot. He poses as a Thrush inspector. Before the mission is over, both April and Mark will be endangered. Written by Bill Koenig
