In the Valentine's Episode (Season 4) 'Julio Iglesias' comes to pick Sophia up for a date. The crowd begins cheering loudly when he appears making it tough for the actors to deliver their lines. Knowing precisely when she will be able to speak Estelle Getty (Sophia) guides Iglesias through the kitchen and you can very clearly see and hear her say "NOW" letting him know it is time to continue.
