A Solid Tale
28 April 2018 | by GunnersMateSee all my reviews

A solid tale that gives Isobel, in search of professional fulfillment, adopting a new sleek look, investigating a big news story, and entertaining a new young man. Hamish is suspicious, with little masking of his affection for her, and investigates as well. A well told story that centers on decision making, personal goals, and (of course, for this series) relationships. Very solid, terrific personal advancement to a character who is often left in the shadows, and entertaining.
