Storyline

An Australian scientist is killed on a Hawaiian sugar plantation after discovering an inspect capable of wiping out the sugar cane there. The investigation leads McGarrett & Co. to a complicated plot hatched by crooked developer Sam Patton to buy the plantation for a greatly reduced price.
