In the last scene, Hogan reads a note from Nimrod that Carter found in the model plane set. In close-up, Hogan is holding the note in his right hand. When Hogan finishes reading the note and the shot widens for a reaction shot, Hogan is holding the note in his left hand. See more »

Maj. Wolfgang Hochstetter: Yes, that does it. I've taken all the necessary precautions. In a few minutes Nimrod will be my prisoner.
General der Infanterie Albert Burkhalter: It just doesn't seem possible. How I could have been so fooled by Klink.
Maj. Wolfgang Hochstetter: Oh, Nimrod is a very brilliant man.
General der Infanterie Albert Burkhalter: Yes, but Klink is such a stupid one.
Maj. Wolfgang Hochstetter: That is where he was truly brilliant. You only thought he was stupid.
General der Infanterie Albert Burkhalter: EVERYBODY THOUGHT HE WAS STUPID!

Lot of laughs in this episode
31 August 2014 | by kfo9494See all my reviews

Here is one of the more funny scripts as Klink is mistaken for General Burkhalter and captured by the underground to be used as a hostage for release of an underground agent that is scheduled to be shot in a few days. The problem is that most do not care enough for Klink to be used for any type of prisoner trade.

It begins when Klink is to pick up Burkhalter at the train station. When the train arrives Burkhalter is not a passenger so Klink goes back to the camp. On the way, they are met by the underground who is expecting Burkhalter instead they get Klink. Burkhalter is to be used as a prisoner swap but now the underground has Klink.

Klink however becomes valuable to the Gestapo when a secret message is interrupted by Hochstetter. He now believes that Klink is a Allied agent that is wanted by the Gestapo. Hochstetter will do anything to get Klink back for trial, including swapping him for a prisoner.

Nearly everyone in the cast has some funny lines in this episode. Between Hochstetter and Burkhalter or Klink and the underground- you cannot go wrong with this show. Nice writing and nice acting combine for a wonderful show. In fact this may be the best episode in the collection.
