"It Takes a Thief" Catspaw (TV Episode 1969) Poster

(TV Series)

Lloyd Bochner: Clayton Hewitt

  • Clayton Hewitt : We don't permit many visitors. My little friends are quite wild and easily given to intimidation by strangers.

Alexander Mundy : Your "little friends"?

Clayton Hewitt : I have over four hundred cats, Mr. Finch.

Alexander Mundy : You have over four hundred cats? You must certainly like cats.

Clayton Hewitt : More than people, quite frankly.

  • Clayton Hewitt : This is the jet age, Anton, and you're hopelessly pedestrian oriented. You'll be in your country before morning. Your soldiers are waiting.

Anton : You are indeed an impressive man.

Clayton Hewitt : Yes, I know.

  • 1st Reporter : It was my understanding it took an invitation or a tank to get in this place.

Clayton Hewitt : My dear sir, a tank could not pass the cross-arm on the bridge. It's made of durillium, a substance used to cut diamonds. I might add, gentlemen, there's only one thing more difficult than getting into Fortress Hill without my direct consent - and that's getting out.
