Don johnson is neither witty nor smart but he is a smart aleck who often squeeks in a high pitched woman's voice when he gets agitated... calling people bubba isn't winning any points either... he clearly considers himself a lady's man but few women take the bait...being executive producer gives him more leeway than he deserves...cheech gets extra credit for putting up with him
