Part one of two.
14 March 2018 | by MartinHaferSee all my reviews

A few episodes of "Police Story" were two-part shows. And, as such, they are more like movies than the usual episodes.

These shows star Robert Culp as Detective John Darrin, a tough cop who works Chinatown in Los Angeles. I say tough because he's willing to work with hookers, slugs a vicious suspect and even smokes up some evidence in order to help his case. As for the case, the show begins with some masked Asians committing a robbery and murdering a guy. There is a witness but the Chinese gangs seem more than willing to kill her to prevent her from testifying. This particular episode ends with the brother of the girl getting arrested...and Darrin is still looking for a suspect.

Overall, a very good episode...let's hope part two is as gritty and exciting.
