Storyline

Depressed about his inability to keep up with the existing music scene when Bart reveals how uncool his interest in 1970's rock music truly is, Homer decides to take Bart and Lisa to the Hullabalooza music festival to show them this isn't the case. Failing at that, he nearly sparks a riot and gets shot at with a cannon(ironically for Peter Frampton) which bounces a fake pig off his fat belly, and ends up being hired as part of the festival's freak show, touring with bands such as Smashing Pumpkins, Cypress Hill, Sonic Youth, and yes, Frampton. Typical but Classic Homer Simpson,
22 April 2014 | by lesleyharris30See all my reviews

Homerpalooza is a fantastic Simpsons episode with a very well written storyline that is filled with very funny scenes and memorable quotes. The humour in the episode is quite different from a usual episode, for example, there are several jokes about getting high, which you would rarely see on the Simpsons, but this didn't bother me one bit,it was fun to see the show take a different turn that was unique and still hilarious. Some of the many quotes of Homer is definitely this episodes highlight, like his comment on Christianity and saying that the concert spread a good message just because he had "no litter" written on his stomach.Homerpalooza is a hilarious Simpsons that fans will definitely enjoy.

After it is discovered a cannonball to the stomach dosen't affect Homer,he tracked around with several well known music artists in the Hullabalooza music festival as part of the show.
