Storyline

Captain Horton requests Rod's assistance when a Nevada miner is found drowned in San Francisco Bay. Blake becomes suspicious when the dead man's lungs are found to be full of fresh water and his investigation focuses on three suspects - the miner's beautiful widow and the couple who grubstaked his mining operations.
