Well written western story.

The episode starts off with a bank robbery and shots are being fired on the streets of a western town. When a young woman steps out to see the action she is shot and killed. The woman that is dead is the newlywed bride of John Welker. Someone tells Welker that one of the men in the robbery was Henry Seidel- Welker will hunt down Seidel for as long as it takes.

Words gets out that Welker is searching for Seidel to Judge Peel that is seeking a Marshal for the territory. Welker agrees to the job with the first warrant being for Seidel.

He is sent to a town where sightings of Seidel have been told but only to find that Seidel had been killed by some bounty hunters. But he gets into another situation when a young outlaw is arrested by the bounty hunters and being taken to jail. This situation may lead to a satisfying ending for Welker.

This was an entertaining story that kept the viewer on their toes the entire show. As stated, this may have been a nice series had it been picked-up by the networks but unfortunately we will never know. An interesting tale that well acted and well written.
