Great short film
15 July 2006 | by afox-4See all my reviews

I saw the KoCP at the Santa Barbara film festival earlier this year. I really enjoyed it and I was hoping to find more work done by the director, but it looks like it was his first and only thing. That makes sense, sense he was so young. He spoke at the festival, and I think he said he was still in school at USC at the time, but this was definitely no film school type thing. The acting was amazing, but that is to be expected from veteran actors like Henry Winkler and Jeff Tambor. They had really good dialog to work with also. Hopefully he will do a feature length soon, maybe even turn this one into a feature because it felt like he had a lot more story to tell, but had to edit stuff out to keep it short enough.
