Storyline

Dr. Mindbender continues his mission to collect the DNA of ancient conquerors. After Sergeant Slaughter retrieves a DNA pack from Cobra's raid on Sun Tzu's tomb, the Joes suspect that Cobra is building a new breed of soldiers and set out to stop them.
