A lawyer gets mixed up with Korean gangsters in New York City.
"West 32nd" takes the cameras inside New York's gritty Korean underworld. After hustling his way onto a homicide case, attorney John Kim (Cho) finds himself thrust into a sordid world of hard realities and moral compromises after he is taken under the wing of a ruthless Korean gangster who knows no limits.
After years of slogging away at a Manhattan law firm, John Kim is determined to rise through the ranks and grab the limelight. He seizes his chance when he comes across the capital murder case of an alleged Korean mobster. Successfully infiltrating the complex realm of Korean organized crime, he meets his match in Mike Juhn, an ambitious soldier in the syndicate. Though they become fast friends with similar ambitions, they end up trying to outfox each other when they discover that each is willing to do anything to get to the top.
