As the wedding approaches, the bride feels the walls closing in. As the final choice for the new chief approaches, the Attendings feel the walls closing in. Bailey's up for becoming chief resident, as is Callie, who feels like taking her marriage to the next level, possibly only as an effort to hang on to George. The interns get their test results, as Alex finds out Rebecca and her baby are being discharged.
