Storyline

The staff's patience is tried by warring hernia patients Max Hill, a sleazy night club promoter, and religious zealot Fred Pugh but things take a more serious turn when Max appears to have ecstasy in his blood stream, the answer being that he has to take an amphetamine pill to combat his narcolepsy. Norman,hoping to impress Max, plays a demo of his singing - to Fred by accident, but when Fred loses consciousness it's due to an unrelated matter.
