Fox and Star India’s leading Ott platform, Hotstar, is partnering with a plethora of top Indian talent to create original programming under the brand Hotstar Specials, the company announced Monday.

Shocking: Popular talented actor passes away

We had reported earlier that Bollywood actor Sitaram Panchal was struggling with lung and kidney cancer and had also sought help from fans and well wishers through a Facebook post. Actor Sitaram Panchal who was seen alongside Akshay Kumar's Jolly Llb 2 and Irrfan Khan's Paan Singh Tomar is facing severe health issues. The actor recently took to his Facebook page seeking help from fans.

Tigmanshu Dhulia launches new project amidst presence of eminent Bollywood Director!

Tigmanshu Dhulia’s next Raag Desh had its official launch and set visit on 3rd July 2016. The film is based on Indian National Army trials. The film is produced by Gurdeep Singh Sapal, who is also the CEO of Rajsabha TV.

Three major characters of the film are played by Kunal Kapoor, Amit Sadh and Mohit Marwah. Renowned directors like Raj Kumar Santoshi, Vishal Bhardwaj, Ketan Mehta, Shaad Ali, Sudhir Mishra and Subhash Kapoor were also present at the event. The event was hosted by the lyricist Manoj Muntashir.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui: From blink-and-miss appearance to working with Salman, Shah Rukh, Aamir

Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one example of a man who went from rags to riches, literally! From being a small-time watchman to playing a role equivalent to the lead, the actor has surely shot to fame with hardwork.

Rose Movies, helmed by producers Goldie Behl and Shrishti Arya, have a host of exciting projects in the pipeline. The production house recently managed to pull off a major casting coup and signed the successful combination of director Tigmanshu Dhulia and Irrfan Khan for Bade Bhaisaab, after the stupendous success of Paan Singh Tomar. Irrfan Khan will be the special guest at the 14th River to River Florence Indian Film Festival.

The festival will screen Qissa by Anup Singh, The Namesake by Mira Nair and Paan Singh Tomar by Tigmanshu Dhulia as part of a special tribute to the versatile actor. Seven episodes of the third season of the Us HBO series In Treatment, starring Khan, will also be screened.

The 14th River to River Florence Indian Film Festival will take place at Cinema Odeon in Florence (Piazza Strozzi 2) from December 6 to 12 and screen more than 40 films.

A special selection of films from the festival will also be screened in Rome (December 13 – 14) and Milan (February 2015).

Earlier we had reported that after the success of Paan Singh Tomar, Tigmanshu Dhulia would be teaming up with Irrfan Khan for a film that will be produced by Goldie Behl and Shrishti Arya. Now we hear that the film has been titled Bade Bhaisaab, with Irrfan playing a male lead. However no lead actress has yet been signed for the film.

Confirming the same, Goldie reveals, "Yes the film has been titled Bade Bhaisaab with Irrfan Khan in the lead." Further adding about the rest of the cast he says, "The film will not feature a conventional lead actress as such but will have quite a few new faces."

When quizzed about the film's story and shoot schedule Goldie adds, "Bade Bhaisaab is a dark comedy which Irrfan and Tigmanshu will be doing for the first time. Currently, we are in the pre-production stages of filming complete with last minute changes.

Producers Goldie Behl and Shrishti Arya recently signed the successful combination of director Tigmanshu Dhulia and Irrfan Khan after the stupendous success of Paan Singh Tomar for their next. While the makers remain tight-lipped about the details of the film, sources reveal that work has already started on the script and the rest of the cast is yet to be finalized.
