Goofs

In Chapter 5, someone asks if any escape pods were left on the Ishumura and the player is told all the escape pods launched empty already. However this is not possible, since in Dead Space (VG) which takes place immediately upon the end of this game, an intact escape pod is still on board the ship not too far from the bridge. It's the pod that Hammond launched with a necromorph inside it. See more »

Almost perfect

It is a little strange that nobody has written a preview about this game so i thought i would do that. First of all, you should know that this is a rail shooter game which means first person but not being able to move forward or backwards. The game does this for you. The player though must be really quick because most of the times he has only a few seconds to pick up ammo or other items. The game begins at Aegis VII where a crew of miners are extracting the red marker...and...after a few minutes...it all starts going to hell. I do not want to say anything about what happens because it is much better when you find out by yourself. The story is more than good and if you are a fan of dead space 1 and 2 then this is a must. It is the beginning after all. I think a 9 would be more appropriate but i give it a 10 because i am a big fan of the dead space franchise.
