Jon Foo and Ian Anthony Dale both appear in Tekken as Jin Kazama and Kazuya Michima respectively. Dale would later play Hanzo Hasashi/Scorpion in Mortal Kombat: Legacy and Mortal Kombat: Rebirth.
Akuma's live action debut. First time Ryu was played by a British actor and a Eurasain actor. Jon Foo is half Chinese half Irish. First time Ken was played by a British actor. Joey Ansah's directorial debut and first time in a non-english speaking role and first time speakng Japanese only.
