These "Edgar Wallace Mysteries" films have potential to be quite good B movies. Unfortunately, confusing and uninvolving plots were a constant problem.
The above film is no exception. A lot of scenes don't make any sense. They aren't blended into the story and any kind of intended mystery, isn't in evidence.
Some good actors are completely wasted.
