Goofs

The ADA argument that the witnesses immunity only has value if she lies and or serves the purposes of the defense is ridiculous. Once immunity is granted the witness has no reason to lie anymore. That witness is protected from prosecution. A lawyer might try this argument if he was losing. But the judge never would have sustained such an argument. See more »
