Auggie ponders an offer from Arthur to head the CIA's congressional affairs, a promotion which would end his field career forever. Italian activist and blog-reporter Carlo Reni is to be exchanged for another 'spy' in Argentina, where official Jorge only gave informal permission, so if it isn't cleared smoothly in minutes as planned, everyone may be arrested. As soon as Annie, the CIA chaperon, escorts Carlo out, a hit-man's fire forces them to run from him and the Argentine operations. The home front suspects and finds dirty play from State Department, presumably executive Romano Genard, while Jorge and Annie get to know and appreciate each-other.
