Raylan Givens: I think the question you should ask is whether I care if you ride out of here cuffed in the back of my car or get carried out of here in a coroner's bag. The answer is me and dead owls don't give a hoot.

Deserves high marks just for one of Raylan's greatest ultimatums

Pretty much every bad guy in 'Harlan Roulette' gets his turn in the spotlight. Neil McDonough brings an electricity (again) to Quarles, just as the character starts to betray an Patrick Bateman-like darkside. Pruitt Taylor Vince does the same with a limited turn as a Dixie Mafia-tied pawn shop owner; he's a scumbag of the highest order, but somehow entertaining still. Walton Goggins plays Boyd's flair for sermonizing like an expert. I'll end up saying this a lot: I love hearing that character speak. I can't even leave Raylan out of this; yet again facing down two men, never losing his cool. Just a fount of charisma, that Olyphant.

It's interesting how this episode emphasized the abuse of oxy addicts - but more importantly it's the major criminal elements getting into position for the big season arc.

But most importantly, at the end of such an exciting episode, is Raylan's tossing a bullet at Wynn Duffy: "Next one's coming faster."

There's no beating that.
