Trivia

The film makers wanted to produce an Irish romantic comedy without all the twee stereotypes of Hollywood Irishness. They tried to include many of the realities of life in Ireland in the 2010s, in the time after the economic downturn, while still aiming for an all round feel good factor. See more »

Great Family Film
8 May 2013 | by dimcewanSee all my reviews

I really enjoyed this film when i watched it, its a very modern film and very realistic. you can imagine your own family going through the same thing and questioning how your family would react to certain things that happen. I really liked some of the lovely characters, most were very entertaining and funny, got me laughing out loud at certain points. The cast acted well and the kids in the film were very natural, The story line is of one i can relate to myself, lots of things are going on within this family, and secrets are being kept from one another. I found the scenery of Galway and other parts of Ireland beautiful, the whole cast and crew should be very proud of themselves putting this lovely film together and sharing it with the world x
