Storyline

Mumbai Mirror revolves around Abhijeet Patil, a hardcore action packed cop, who can neither tolerate violence against women nor crime in his area. He comes across a drug racket led by Shetty, who runs several bars in the city. One of the dancers, Rani, knows Abhijeet well and seduces him. She keeps using him under Shetty's directions without realizing that Abhijeet is not the usual cop they were thinking him to be. But soon, a lot of players get involved in this game: a game that takes various twists and turns, with most of them against Abhijeet. But he's sharp enough to fight it out, all alone. With the help of Jia, a reporter from Mumbai Mirror and his colleagues, Abhijeet sets out on a rampage that takes various paths with various turns leading to the final showdown : which can be won by nothing but by checkmating the opponent. Nothing New To Watch...
20 January 2013 | by budhrajavishalSee all my reviews

We have seen this story many times before like in Dabangg, Ardh Satya, Singham but all above were well directed or at least have top Start Cast but here bhindi Bazaar Inc fame director is not able to put the point he wanted to. It is a story of a Cop who has a dirty past, trying to fight against all -ve in his own way. It is a amateur attempt to show corruption in Cop world & to differentiate mass killing and encounter. Script has many twists and has good start where main character hurts his back and spends the rest of the movie in pain, which remind us that filmy heroes are also human. Editing is below par, cinematography is OK in last song only. Clothing style is like showing nudity in B grade movies. Sachin Joshi dialogue delivery is really worst but at least better then his first flick. This time his acting has touch of Emraan Hashmi Touch. In Supporting role Mahesh play his part very well but director is not able make full use of talent of Murder 2 fame Prashant Narayanan. Prakash Raj is repetitive in his character. Aditya Pancholi has nothing much to do. Vimala looks pretty & Sudesh impresses. Last Words: This is a movie specially for single screen... nothing new to watch for.
