We've been talking about Richard Schenkman's Halloween-set home invasion flick Mischief Night for quite some time, and we're happy to report that Image Entertainment has finally locked a video release date in stone. The thriller will be available on DVD December 17th!

Casting: Garner, Moretz, Virmani, Guzman

Draft Day

Jennifer Garner is in talks to star in Ivan Reitman's football comedy "Draft Day" at Paramount Pictures. Garner would play the secretary to Kevin Costner's lead character.

Rajiv Joseph and Scott Rothman penned the script which centers around the NFL's draft and sees the general manager of the Buffalo Bills going to any length to secure his top pick. [Source: Variety]

Dark Places

Chloe Grace Moretz ("Kick-Ass," "Hugo") will play a character named Diondra in Gilles Paquet-Brenner's "Dark Places," an adaptation of the 2010 novel by Gillian Flynn.

Charlize Theron also stars in the story of a woman who 25 years ago testified against her brother as the killer of their family. Now a group called the Kill Club believes he is innocent and is out to prove it. [Source: Deadline]
