Popular teacher Charlie McCord's corpse was found dangling from a mountain and eaten by a hawk, but his skull was smashed and he was poisoned. Booth is as eager as Sweets to prove that the live psychologist is more helpful then FBI-sponsored 'forensic criminology analysis' program VAL. Dr. Oliver Wells's first tour on the team demonstrates his intellect at least matches Bones's, yet is socially excluded by the other Jeffersonians for his typical insensitive type of behavior. Cancer-terminal McCord's bucket-list exploits inspire others, even forensic nerds, but his 'wisedom videos' recorded on a blog by school buddy Martin Proctor earn a fortune, now for his adulterous widow Linda. Booth encourages Brennan to plan their wedding in style, yet theirs. Written by KGF Vissers

About the falcon and inaccuracies in the show
19 March 2017 | by tinapolicinskaSee all my reviews

I really enjoyed scenes with Hodgins taking care of the falcon but I find it important to mention that "rangle" is not the proper name for the part of the food regurgitated by a bird. Birds of prey (but not only) cast pellets not rangle. Rangle is a name of tiny stones that are fed to falcons to aid in digestion.

This is not the first time I noticed such inaccuracy in Bones. I read some of the reviews of the previous episodes and apparently it's quite common. I don't understand why the writers can't do some more research. It's really not that hard. However, I like the fact that the cases in the show are very diverse and you can learn about various things while watching it. Remember to DOUBLE-CHECK THE FACTS, though ;)
