Goofs

The soldiers have returned to the village on leave from the War Front Trenches in France. In the very first scene featuring Cecil, he says, "My friends are back from the First War." As the program is set in 1914-18 War, it could not possibly have been known as the First War as the Second World War had not happened yet, so if anything it would be known as the "Great War".
