Did You Know?

George R.R. Martin's obsession with penises is a parody of the frequent descriptions of genitals in "A Song of Ice and Fire", though in almost every occurrence he describes female parts. Two descriptions of males do occur: "A Storm of Swords" and "A Feast for Crows" contain passages describing the penises of Tyrion Lannister and Samwell Tarly respectively. Martin later commented, "I've been told that my character on South Park is obsessed about weenies. I have to deny this as a scurrilous rumor. I have nothing against weenies, weenies are fine, but I am not obsessed with weenies. I am definitely on the boobies side of the equation. They picked the wrong equation for me. Boobies, not weenies." See more »

When the TV reporter first appears, about five minutes in, he's called "Niles Lawson", but when he appears the second time, he's called "Niles Laughton". See more »

[Martin is now poised to be conductor. He taps his music stand with the conductor's stick. The orchestra sings about wieners]
Scott Malkinson: Stop! Stop please! I can't take any more!
George R. R. Martin: But this is the best part. Right before King Joffrey gets poisoned, everyone flap their wieners all around his face.
Scott Malkinson: Jeaaaaah!
Butters Stotch: Listen, buddy! You promised that pizzas were on the way! If they don't show up right now, you're gonna have a dead kid in your hands! Do you hear me?
George R. R. Martin: Okay, okay, fine, fine. What kind of pizzas do you want...

All bow to Princess Kenny

South Park's authors should be given the Nobel Oscars for Lifetime Achievement. These people are completely nuts. It is the fact that everyday life is an inexhaustible source of inspiration for mockery, but South Park does it better than anyone else. This time they made a parody of "Game of Thrones" and spiced it by ridiculing "The Lord of the Rings", "Star Wars" and other cult franchises, along the way, poking gamers, global corporations, the media and more. And all that in the form of TRILOGY. Be sure not to miss episodes 7-9 of the seventeenth season. It was a rather painful experience, because it is quite inconvenient to laugh like crazy while your jaw stiffened in disbelief.
