Factual errors

Neverland is the second star to the right but, at the end of the movie, the ship travels to the first star to the left in the group of 2 stars.

The RAF fighters firing on the ship over London were flying far too slow, and they wouldn't have flown at night. Night time air defence was provided by anti-aircraft guns until radar-equipped night fighters became available - none of which were Spitfires or Hurricanes.

Plot holes

What does anyone eat? No signs of any crops being grown. Nor of anything edible in the jungle.

A ship that is already in the air does not need sails. It would move with whatever air current there was. (OK, it is magic, but there still should be some logic.)

Spoilers

The goof item below may give away important plot points.

Continuity

When Peter is thrown off the ship by Blackbeard and discovers he can fly, his pendant is nowhere to be seen. Not mid-air, nor while he is floating. He was wearing the pendant when he stood on the plank and also immediately after, when he comes to.
