Via a magic mirror, Twilight Sparkle travels into an alternate universe in order to recover a crown that was stolen from the Crystal Empire. Upon her arrival she is horrified to learn that she has turned into a human.
Three short stories involving the EQ Girls at Canterlot High strived to fix Camp Everfree, ceasing a culprit for sabotaging the Daring-Do film's production and the discovery of a mystical mirror at Juniper's movie theater.

Music rules and rainbows rock as Twilight Sparkle and pals compete for the top spot in the Canterlot High "Mane Event" talent show. The girls must rock their way to the top, and outshine rival Adagio Dazzle and her band The Dazzlings, to restore harmony back to Canterlot High.Written by

Now that we're all back together, we can use that magic on the sirens. Just like when we were able to use it on Sunset Shimmer when she turned into that horrifyingly awful winged monster! No offense.
I'm used to it.

A huge improvement over the previous film, but still not quite to the quality level "Friendship is Magic" is at
The music is toe-tapping, catchy and fun to listen to, the animation is an improvement over the last film and as is usual with MLP, the voice acting is superb. It does feel like something is missing, though. It's not a bad movie by any means. I've watched it a couple times and found it to be entertaining both times. Be that is it may, I feel like "Friendship is Magic" has this certain charm and Rainbow Rocks just isn't able to emulate that charm.... maybe it's not trying to, though. Maybe it's trying to be its own thing.
I enjoyed it more than the first movie but there's still a lot of room for improvement if they continue this film series. I'd give it watch.
