Sex & Nudity

  • The film is about two detectives investigating the murder of an adult movie star.
  • At the beginning of the movie, a boy is looking at a porn magazine. A nude woman is shown and displays breasts; her leg covers the pubic area. As he looks at the magazine, a car crashes through the house with same woman from the magazine in the car. She is seen bloody from the crash, breasts shown, and her leg covering her pubic area. No full frontal nudity.
  • At a party a woman is shown dancing in a thong briefly, and two woman are briefly shown topless (bare breasts down to pelvis ) are seen swimming in the water dressed as a mermaid.
  • A porn film is briefly shown at a car show. It briefly shows a clip of a man and a woman having sex. Most of this is offscreen, and it's mostly moaning that's heard. After the clip, a topless woman is shown.
  • Some crude conversations and jokes but it's never too bad.
  • A young girl watches a porn film. We do not see the film, however loud sexual moans can be heard.

Violence & Gore

  • A nude woman dies after a car crash.
  • Scenes of strong violence include shootings, crunchy punches, the deliberate breaking of an arm, and a character being strangled to death. There is also a large blood splat when a character hits the ground after falling from a tall window.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some of the characters smokes cigarettes frequently. Marijuana is smoked too. One character is constantly shown to be drunk.
