In the CIA base on Reykjavik where there's an entire team of hackers, one of them says "Use SQL to corrupt their databases". A hacker would never, ever say that but would say something along the lines of "Use an SQL exploit" and likely use the code name for the exploit.
When the CIA cuts power to the hacker site in Iceland, every computer, monitor and laptop appear to go Dow. Any self respecting network admin would be running Uniteruptable Power Supplies. The laptops run on internal batteries. At the minimum, cutting the power might cut internet access but the routers and modems should be powered by UPSes too.
UK English in the US government: on the computer screen about 7 minutes into the movie, when the government server is being breached: "DEPENDANT: JASON BOURNE" is shown. should be "DEPENDENT:..." Dependant is a UK spelling. It's also a common typo in the US.
In The Bourne Ultimatum, the real date of birth of David Webb is revealed to be Sept 13, 1970, however in the Treadstone documents found by Nicky Parsons early in this movie it is shown to be June 4th, 1978. The photograph shown on the same document in the Treadstone file is also entirely different than the photograph previously used in the earlier movies.
In The Bourne Ultimatum, when the information for Nicky Parsons is being searched on screen, her details are listed as:- Parsons, Nicolette - Date of Birth: 28th March 1979.
In this movie, when the same information is brought up on screen, her details are listed as:- Nicolette Parsons (Nicky) - Date of Birth: 28th March 1983.
When Robert Dewey is introduced in the film in McLean, he is seen packing files away into a briefcase on his desk, and then having a phone conversation with Jeffers about the leak that has occurred. However, visible on Dewey's desk is a pad of paper with his mobile phone on, and the first sheet on that pad clearly has the scripted lines for Dewey's side of the phone call handwritten on them, possibly written by Tommy Lee Jones so he could remember his lines or read them between takes and then accidentally left in shot.
The ZIP code of the Berlin address Bourne searched for in the Internet Cafe and that is later shown in the CIA's tracking software is wrong. In both scenes the numbers started with a 2 (putting the location in or around Hamburg), the correct one is 10405. In the Internet Cafe the ZIP code has 6 digits, German ZIP codes only have 5.
In several scenes which are supposedly set in London, England, the characters are shown getting into/out of cars with the steering wheel on the left of the vehicle. In the UK the cars have the steering wheel on the right hand side.
During the Las Vegas Strip chase scene, the SWAT vehicle and Bourne's vehicle are seen passing the entrance to Bally's when Bourne pulls a maneuver where he lands atop the SWAT vehicle and is subsequently pushed off when the SWAT vehicle crashes through the casino doors of the Riviera. However, the Riviera is much further down the Strip from the Bally's Casino.
The Strip in Las Vegas runs 4.2 miles from Russell Rd. in the south to Sahara Dr. on the north end (although some people include the nearby Stratosphere in the run adding another 2/10ths of a mile). A high speed chase as shown in the film would only last 4-5 minutes at maximum, assuming speeds of 60-70 mph minimum, and the drivers not stopping for red lights nor traffic.
The chase shown in the film could not have occurred as it would have resulted in Bourne and his pursuers running out of "Strip" before they could bring it to conclusion with a crash.
At the hacker site in Reykjavik, Iceland that Nicky uses to hack the CIA to download the black ops files, most of the other people appear to be talking German (or Dutch), instead of, as you would expect, Icelandic or even English. As soon as the power gets cut there's general uproar and muttering, but the parts that can be heard clearly are German (with absolutely none of it in Icelandic!), such as:
"[...] die Laufwerke!" "[...] sofort weg!" "Pack die Laufwerke ein!" "Bist du noch online? Was soll'n das?" "Nur mal die Ruhe!" "Spinnst du?" "Ganz ruhig!"
The location tracker that Bourne plants has a smartphone app that shows the latitude and longitude on the screen. The coordinates have only one decimal (e.g. 37.1), which makes them pointless at locating a target in close quarters, as is the case in the Vegas scene.
For the scenes taking place in Athens, both police and civilian vehicles have license plates which include letters that can't be found in the Greek alphabet, such as G and J. License plates in Greece only have letters that are common to both the Greek and the Latin alphabets.
When Heather Lee is getting text messages on her phone at the conference (which has the year 2016 displayed frequently), her phone says Tuesday October 20, which is true for 2015. October 20th in 2016 is on a Thursday and when the movie came out was in the future.
When the Asset arrives in the Athens International Airport (aka Eleftherios Venizelos), he meets with his liaison in an underground parking lot and gets his car. The AIA doesn't have an underground parking lot.
Heather uses the internet connected phone to remote wipe the data (breaching firewalls would state an external attack on the laptop), after the wipe they call him on the phone. Its an older kind which has no internet capability, there is no way to know the number of the phone being used.
When Bourne is reading the computer files after the fight scene in Berlin you see an address displayed using the American convention, as opposed to British. Also, the postcode would not read just WC2, which is in fact "West Central". All postcodes at the Paddington Basin start with W2 (West 2).
When landing in Las Vegas, the IP address to which Heather connects (using ssh) is shown as 199.256.08.21, which is an impossible address as values are only allowed from 0 to 255. Also, when the address is echoed by the ssh program, the "08" should either be shown as "8" or "008", and in the latter case "21" should be "021".
When accessing the Las Vegas McCarran Passport Control, the computer to which Heather connects drops back to the root prompt. Her next command is "-search Christopher Michael". No Unix/Linux commands would start with a hyphen.
The IP address of the phone in Dassault's apartment is shown as 192.256.01.245, which is an impossible address as values are only allowed from 0 to 255. Further, since 192.x.x.x are classed as private addresses, i.e. not routed directly onto the internet, then the film producers could have used a valid 192.x.x.x address.
When the Asset was taking a cab from the airport to Aria, he was talking on the phone. One shot revealed the main camera on the rear of the phone is near the bottom, as opposed to the top with most designs.
The film is set in mid-October, as clearly indicated in multiple shots of iPhone screens during the Las Vegas sequence (all of which display the date as October 20, and most of the film's action takes place before then). However, nearly every exterior scene (aside from warmer-weather locations like Greece and Las Vegas) appears to have been filmed in late autumn or winter. The establishing shots for the CIA's Northern Virginia headquarters, for instance, show a blanket of snow on the ground, and the scenes filmed in Washington, D.C. have visibly barren trees. In reality, leaves in that area of the U.S. do not begin to change color, let alone fall off of trees, until November, and it never snows that early in the year in the mid-Atlantic region.
At about 2:03:10 into the movie, Bourne is driving a car with a British license plate into a parking lot somewhere in London... However, the car has a left hand steering wheel which is most uncommon for UK.
