Storyline

The Royals is a gripping drama that, so far, has a main plot where the king of England (Vincent Regan) has "threatened" to disband the royal monarchy. This idea does not sit well with many in the royal family, especially the sultry queen (Elizabeth Hurley). The show keeps one glued to the television, with subplots centered around sex, drugs, and the entitled children of the king and queen. Written by Michael Douglas
